NOTES FROM THE ORGANIZERS

The Fall edition was our biggest workshop yet, and it ran tight from the moment the first attendee walked in at 9:30 AM. We split the morning between three shooting stations — a handheld setup near the venue’s natural-light windows, a slider rig in the main room, and a gimbal walkthrough out front — so every attendee got hands-on time with each before we broke for lunch.

The afternoon was about turning footage into intent. We pulled everyone’s clips into a shared DaVinci project and worked through pacing, j-cuts, and how to let sound carry an edit. Watching twelve filmmakers cut the same source material in twelve different ways was the highlight of the day for me.

Huge thanks to the four models who showed up early, stayed late, and brought energy to every take — and to the brands who sent product for the shoot. We’ve already locked in the Spring 2026 edition; details below.
