SERVICES BUILT FOR THE FLOOR

Three production categories that fit how DFW manufacturers and industrial operators actually use video — outward-facing sales enablement, inward-facing training, and the recruiting content that fills skilled-trade openings.

01

FACILITY TOURS & PROCESS FILMS

Narrated plant walkthroughs and process videos that show buyers what your line actually does — the kind of content sales engineers send before a site visit and procurement teams replay before they sign a PO.

  • Narrated facility & plant walkthrough films
  • Process films covering raw material to ship
  • Equipment & capability spotlights
  • Certification & quality-program highlights
  • Cuts sized for site, email, and sales-team use

QUESTIONS WE HEAR OFTEN

Common questions from plant managers, ops leads, and marketing teams at DFW manufacturers and industrial operators.

Ask Us Directly →

Are you set up to shoot inside an active manufacturing facility?

Yes. We wear required PPE (safety glasses, hi-vis, hard hat, steel-toes, hearing protection — whatever your facility requires) and we follow your safety officer’s brief before we ever pull a camera out of the case. If your site needs a contractor orientation, a sign-in, or a specific badge before we walk the floor, we plan for that.

Will you sign our NDA before you set foot on the floor?

Absolutely. We sign your NDAs as a matter of course — most of our industrial work involves proprietary processes, tooling fixtures, or customer-specific work-in-progress on the floor that the client doesn’t want on camera. If there are specific machines, cells, or product runs you want kept out of frame, walk us through it during the pre-shoot site visit.

How do we shoot without disrupting the production line?

We shoot around your production windows, not through them. In pre-production we sit down with your plant manager and map the shoot against your shift schedule — what’s running, what’s down for changeover, what can we capture during scheduled breaks. For shots that genuinely need the line stopped, we batch those into the shortest windows possible.

Can you capture a working line without staging it?

Yes — and honestly, the unstaged footage is usually what sells the work. Buyers and recruits can tell the difference between a posed beauty shot and a real operator on a real cycle. We default to documentary-style capture on the floor, with staged shots reserved only for safety demos and detail beats. Final review is yours.

Do you do trade show coverage out of state?

Yes. Out-of-DFW travel is fine — IMTS, FABTECH, Pack Expo, ATX, the regional shows — we quote travel transparently in the project agreement and crew the show with whoever fits the booth footprint and the recap deliverables you want. Same-day daily recaps for your sales team’s follow-up emails are a standard add-on.

Do you handle ITAR, controlled-goods, or DoD-adjacent facilities?

We’ve worked in restricted-access manufacturing environments where parts of the floor are off-limits and certain product lines can’t appear on camera. Be specific in your inquiry about the restriction level (ITAR, EAR, CUI, customer-specific) so we can plan crew, equipment, and post-workflow accordingly. If your program requires a clearance level we don’t currently hold, we’ll be straight with you about it.

What is your turnaround on a plant tour or capability video?

Standard turnaround for a 2–3 minute facility tour or capability video is 3–4 weeks from shoot day to final deliverable, including a review round with your marketing lead and the plant manager. Safety training series and multi-line process documentation run on a milestone schedule we set in the project agreement. Rush deliverables are possible — say so up front and we’ll quote it transparently.

How do we start a project with you?

Send a quick note through the contact form with the basics — facility location, what you want to produce, when you need it, and any NDA or safety-orientation requirements we should plan around. We’ll respond within 24 hours with a quote, a timeline, and a brief creative direction. From there, signed agreement, deposit, and we’re on calendar.

READY TO SHOW THE WORK YOU ACTUALLY DO?

From a single plant tour to a full safety training series, we’ll come back to your inquiry with a quote, a timeline, and the next available shoot dates — within 24 hours.
