How It Works
HOW WE BRING IT TO LIFE
Every corporate project — regardless of size — runs through our 4-step production process. No surprises. No missed deadlines.
01
Discovery & Strategy
We start by understanding your audience, goals, and where this video will live. From there we build a creative brief that drives results — not just views.
02
Pre-Production
Scripts, shotlists, location scouting, talent coordination, and logistics — every detail locked before a camera rolls.
03
Production
Our crew arrives with professional gear and the experience to capture exactly what was planned — on time, on budget, and on brand.
04
Post & Delivery
Editing, color, sound design, and graphics — all in-house. We deliver platform-ready masters plus the cut-downs you need for social, web, and internal use.

Common Questions
LIVE STREAMING FAQ
How redundant is the uplink?
Primary + backup, separate carriers when the venue’s network allows. We arrive 90 minutes early to test both connections, and the encoder switches between them seamlessly mid-stream if one drops. Zero stream failures across 80+ productions is not an accident — it’s planned redundancy.
Can you stream to multiple platforms at once?
Yes — YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and custom RTMP destinations all running simultaneously from a single feed. Same broadcast, same graphics, every platform’s audience gets identical quality.
What about audience Q&A?
We integrate the platform’s native chat or layer a custom moderation tool on top for filtered, on-screen Q&A. Moderators flag good questions, we surface them in real time, and the host stays in flow.
Do you handle in-room AV too?
Yes — end-to-end on hybrid events. Cameras, switching, audio, lighting, IMAG screens for the in-room audience, and the stream itself. One vendor, one accountable team — no finger-pointing between AV and stream when something needs to be solved.
Do we get the recording afterward?
Always — full-quality MP4 + raw multitrack within 24 hours. Most clients also book a same-day VOD edit (trimmed, branded, ready to share) as an add-on so the recording can ship to attendees the day-of.
