How many cameras do you bring?
Two cameras is our baseline — one wide locked on stage, one roaming for crowd, B-roll, and speaker close-ups. We scale up to five cameras for mainstage events, panels with multiple speakers, or when you need isolated speaker tracks for individual social cuts.
Can you turn a highlight reel around same day?
Yes. Same-day 60- to 90-second highlight reels are available when scoped in advance — we bring an on-site editor or edit between the closing and end-of-night drop. Standard delivery for highlight reels is 24 hours; full recap films run 5–10 business days.
Do you handle multi-day events?
Regularly. Multi-day conferences, summits, and festivals are quoted by total day-count plus crew size. Day-rate pricing applies after the first day and includes the same crew, gear, and turnaround structure as single-day events.
What about live streaming during the event?
We do that too — see our Live Streaming page. Most clients bundle event coverage + live stream as a single production, which keeps the budget tighter and the crew unified across both deliverables.
Do you supply lighting and audio?
Yes — we work with the venue’s lighting wherever possible and supplement with our own kit when needed. Speaker audio is pulled directly from the venue’s board to lavalier inputs we run as backup. You’ll never have a “we lost the audio” moment.
