FAQ
QUESTIONS WE HEAR OFTEN
Common questions from pastors, executive pastors, and church media teams looking at outside video help.
Are you tied to a specific denomination or tradition?
No. We work across the full range of Christian traditions in DFW — Baptist, Catholic, non-denominational, Pentecostal, Methodist, Presbyterian, Bible church, charismatic, liturgical, and everything in between. The visual language and pacing shifts a little for each tradition, and we take time to understand what fits your room before we start shooting. The work is denominationally neutral by design.
How reliable is your Sunday service live stream setup?
This is the question we get most, and we take it seriously. Every Sunday stream we run uses redundant uplinks (typically a primary hardwired connection plus a bonded cellular backup) and local recording on every camera as a hard backup of the service itself — so even in the worst case, you have the full Sunday on file. Service streaming has to be boring in the best way: it just works, week after week.
We already have a volunteer media team. Are you replacing them?
No — and we’d rather not. Healthy church media is volunteer-led, and our preference is to come alongside your team, not push them out. For some churches we run the whole production. For others, we run special services and capital-campaign shoots while your volunteers handle most Sundays, and we provide training and feedback so the regular-week product keeps getting better.
Will your crew be disruptive in the sanctuary during service?
No. We hold a strong non-disruptive production posture — soft-step movement, dark wardrobe, no boom mics waving in front of communion, no operator chatter inside the room. We plan camera positions in walk-through with your team beforehand so we’re not improvising during the call to worship. The room should feel like a worship service, not a TV shoot.
Can you cover baptisms, child dedications, and other sacraments respectfully?
Yes, and we love this work. Baptisms, dedications, communion, and other sacraments are moments where the camera needs to disappear. We use long lenses from set positions rather than moving in close, capture clean audio off the room mics, and edit with restraint — letting the moment breathe rather than dressing it up.
Can you produce a capital campaign or vision-cast film for a building project?
Yes — capital campaign films are a regular part of our ministry work. We’ll script in partnership with your leadership team, conduct pastor and elder interviews, capture congregation B-roll across services and small groups, and integrate architectural renders or site footage when relevant. The output is typically a 3–6 minute hero film for services, plus shorter cuts for donor meetings and digital giving pages.
How do you handle children’s faces, families, and members who’d rather not be on camera?
Carefully. We coordinate with your church to understand any standing photo/video policies, kids ministry release status, and individual members who’ve requested not to appear on camera. In edit, we obscure or cut anyone we’re not sure about. Children’s ministry coverage is always handled with written guidance from your team about what’s okay to show.
How do we start a project with you?
Send a quick note through the contact form with the basics — your church size and tradition, what you’re trying to produce (a regular Sunday stream, a capital campaign film, a sermon series, a missions recap), and your timeframe. We’ll respond within 24 hours with a quote, a timeline, and a brief creative direction. From there, a signed agreement, deposit, and we’re on calendar — often with a walk-through of your sanctuary first.
