  • Physician bio & specialty profile series
  • Specialty-program highlight pieces
  • Facility & clinic walkthrough videos
  • Web-ready cuts in horizontal & vertical

  • Long-form documentary patient journeys
  • HIPAA-aware capture & archival practice
  • Family & caregiver perspective coverage
  • Approved-use deliverables with sign-off log

QUESTIONS WE HEAR OFTEN

Common questions from practices, hospital systems, and specialty clinics looking at video.

Ask Us Directly →

How do you handle HIPAA and patient privacy on set?

We work to your compliance team’s specifications — not to a generic policy we made up. Before a shoot, we walk the space with whoever owns privacy at your organization (compliance officer, privacy officer, practice administrator), agree on which rooms are in-bounds, which screens need to be off, and which workflows we’re staying clear of.

Who owns the patient consent and release process for testimonial filming?

You do. Your patient-relations team (or whoever already manages that workflow) owns the relationship with the patient and the consent paperwork. We work inside that — we’ll provide release templates if you want to base yours on something, but the signed release should come from your side because you own the relationship with that patient long after we wrap.

Are you comfortable in clinical environments — exam rooms, surgical suites, imaging?

Yes. We follow your facility’s access protocols and infection-control rules, gown up where required, stay out of sterile fields unless we’re explicitly cleared in, and treat your staff’s day as the priority. The camera doesn’t get in the way of care — if it does, we move or we cut.

Can you shoot during clinic hours, or do we need to come in after the practice closes?

Either way. Some pieces (physician bios, B-roll of empty exam rooms, equipment details) are easier after-hours so we’re not in the staff’s way. Others (real team-day footage, candid care moments with consented patients) only work during clinic hours. We’ll talk through the scene list with your practice administrator and split the shoot however creates the least disruption to patient flow.

Do you have a physical studio we would come to for physician headshots or bio films?

We’re a fully mobile crew across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. We bring the lighting, backdrops, and audio to your facility — which is usually what physicians actually prefer, because they’re not losing a half-day driving to a studio. If your facility has a conference room, a private office, or a clean clinical space we can use, that’s typically all we need.

What is the turnaround on a practice intro or physician bio film?

Standard turnaround for a single physician bio or a 60–90 second practice intro is 2–3 weeks from shoot day to final deliverable, including a review round with your marketing and compliance leads. Larger packages (full physician roster, multi-location facility tours) run on a milestone schedule we’ll set in the project agreement.

Can you produce both English and Spanish versions for our patient population?

Yes — and for DFW healthcare it’s often the right call. We can capture bilingual on-camera takes when the physician is fluent, or build a Spanish-language voiceover cut alongside the English master using a vetted VO artist. We’ll coordinate with your patient-relations team on translation accuracy for any clinical or care-instruction language.

How do we start a project with you?

Send a quick note through the contact form with the basics — practice or organization, what you want to produce, who it’s for, and any compliance contacts we should loop in early. We’ll respond within 24 hours with a quote, a timeline, and a brief creative direction.

READY TO PUT YOUR PRACTICE ON CAMERA?

From a single physician bio to a full patient-story series, we’ll come back to your inquiry with a quote, a timeline, and the next available shoot dates — within 24 hours.
