Do you fly drones legally — and how does that work on residential and commercial sites?

Yes. We fly under FAA Part 107 with a licensed remote pilot on every aerial shoot and we pull airspace authorization when a site sits in controlled airspace — which is most of the metroplex. For active construction sites, we coordinate with the superintendent before the flight and we work around crews, cranes, and any lift operations on the day.

What’s your turnaround on a standard listing reel?

Standard listing reels run on a 72-hour turnaround from shoot day — typically a 60-second hero edit plus a vertical social cut sized for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Luxury walkthroughs with full aerial and twilight coverage usually run on a longer agreed timeline because the edit deserves it.

Can you document a long project across multiple months?

Yes — multi-month documentation is one of our core categories. We set a recurring shoot rhythm (typically monthly or per-milestone), shoot from the same vantage points each visit so the progression reads cleanly, and we deliver milestone recap edits along the way plus a completion film at the end.

Do you handle staging — or do we need to stage before you arrive?

We don’t physically stage furniture or bring set decoration, but we do walk the home with the agent or builder before the cameras come out and we adjust on the fly — moving small objects, opening blinds, dialing in lamp lighting, and clearing surface clutter so each frame reads cleanly.

Can the video work for both a listing AND a capital raise or investor pitch?

Often, yes — especially on developments where the same footage serves a sales narrative and an investor narrative. We design the shoot list with both deliverables in mind from the start, then build separate cuts for each audience: shorter, lifestyle-forward for buyers, and a more numbers- and vision-forward cut for capital and city presentations.

How do you handle access on active construction sites?

We arrive in site-appropriate PPE, sign in through the superintendent’s process, and we move at the pace of the work rather than against it. For aerial coverage we coordinate flight windows around crane and lift activity. Anything that touches safety or schedule goes through the GC’s lead before the camera comes out — that’s non-negotiable.

Do you serve developments outside Dallas — Frisco, Plano, Fort Worth?

Yes. We cover the full Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex as standard — Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Westlake, Southlake, Arlington, Prosper, and everywhere in between with no travel premium. For projects outside DFW, we quote travel transparently in the project agreement.
